After your internship

To ensure that the CFUs are recognized, at the end of the internship the student must either send the following documents to stagedsps@unipv.it:

• The hours survey form (which can be found in the forms section). This must be filled in during the internship, and each page must be duly signed and stamped.   
• A copy of the Evaluation Questionnaire filled in by the company tutor: the link for the questionnaire is automatically created and sent directly to the company tutor at the end of the training project (if students finish their hours in advance, they can ask for the internship to conclude ahead of time, and the link will be sent earlier). Filling in the form online is NOT sufficient. For the purposes of the accreditation of the CFUs, it is necessary for students to save and submit a copy of the completed questionnaire to the Student Administration Office or send it via the "Filo Diretto" service

Only after receiving a reply email confirming that the documents are correct will it be possible to register for the exam. This is a virtual exam, so there is no need to attend in person.
